Pass Fiesta sells digital access to certification practice content. Because access is delivered online, refunds are limited after substantial use.
Users may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the digital product has not been substantially used. Examples of substantial use may include starting multiple mock exams, answering a significant number of questions, or using paid practice features extensively.
Refunds are generally not available for changed mind after substantial use, failure to pass a certification exam, account sharing, abuse, policy violations, or promotional/manual grants with no cash value.

Email support@passfiesta.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
